Pool Rules

Property owners and their guests must each have a BVL wristband in their possession when using the swimming pool.
All guests shall abide by the rules, regulations, and restrictions of the Association.
All persons using the swimming pool do so at their own risk.
Each person is responsible for his/her guest.
No food, drink cans, or bottles are permitted in the swimming area.
No indecent swimming attire or behavior.
Anyone using abusive or obscene language will be asked to leave.
No pets shall be permitted in the swimming pool.
No owner shall have more than (6) six guests in the swimming pool at one time.
Children who are not potty trained are not allowed in the swimming pool without the appropriate "swimmy" diapers.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the swimming area or around the swimming area.
The pool committee and contracted agent, with approval of the Board of Directors, will have full authority to change rules and/or close the pool when they feel it is necessary for the safety of the residents.
No one under the age of 16 shall use the pool unless supervised by an adult.
The pool shall be opened Memorial Day and closed at the end of Labor Day weekend.
